SHIPPING POLICY

All Fetching Finery products are made to order. Standard creation/ processing time is 2-3 business days. Some products have a longer processing time, which is listed in the item description.

Orders over $50 receive free standard shipping! Express shipping is an additional cost.

We offer standard shipping within the United States, which typically takes 5-7 business days. For faster delivery, we also offer express shipping at an additional cost. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Pictures will be required to confirm any damage to items.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Fetching Finery, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Most items in our store are eligible to be returned or exchanged if they arrive damaged or incorrect. Custom items are not eligible to be refunded, but may be eligible for an exchange. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Returned items must be received in new condition and inspected before a refund will be issued. Please contact us with any issues before sending a return.
