The Snap for Easy On/Off style is perfect for dogs that are head shy and do not like things going over their head. It is also the easiest style to remove after training.
The Adjustable Tab style is great if your dog tries to back out of collars.

Slip Collar - Biothane Training Collar with Snap Option - Choose Two Colors
Use a flexible measuring tape if possible, or a piece of string.
Measure both the neck and the head like in the image provided to ensure a proper fit for your collar. Order the larger of the two measurements.
The Adjustable Tab style is great if your dog tries to back out of collars.
The Snap for Easy On/Off style is perfect for dogs that are head shy.
To measure the neck, wrap the measuring tape around the middle of the neck, where the collar would normally sit. The measuring tape should be against the fur but not constricting the dog’s neck.
Measuring a collar laid out flat will NOT give the correct measurement.
To measure the head, wrap the measuring tape in front of the ears and under the jaw at the widest part.

In order to maintain the longevity of your Biothane product, periodically wipe down with a damp cloth, especially after any saltwater exposure. Soap can be used if necessary to remove stubborn dirt. Always towel or air dry, never place product in a dryer.
